1. How long does delivery take?

J.C. RAGS collaborates with DHL. Together, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped today.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track your shipment.

If you haven't received your order after 7 days, please contact our customer service. For any other questions regarding your order, our customer service is available at

During busy periods, such as promotions and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Working days: Monday to Friday.

2. I received a wrong item, what can I do?

We apologize if we have sent you a wrong or damaged item that you did not order.

Please return the incorrectly delivered or damaged item to us and indicate on the return form that you received a wrong or damaged item.

Once we receive the incorrectly delivered or damaged item, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Return costs will not be charged, of course.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. Is it possible to exchange or return delivered items?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order within 14 days of receipt. You can use the enclosed return form and attach the provided return label to the package.

The package can then be dropped off at a DHL service point.

It is not possible to exchange an item. Please refer to our exchange and return policy for further information.

5. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for delivering your order to a location of your choice are €4.95.
