RETURN POLICY

if you are not satisfied with an ordered item, you can return it. We request that you return the item undamaged and with the original price tags attached. If damage occurs during the assessment of the item, or if the original price tags are removed, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting depreciation directly from your refund.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of receipt or collection to inform us that you want to cancel the contract. You can notify us of the return using the withdrawal form, which you can download online or receive with your order. After this, you have 14 days to return or hand over the items to us. You are on time if you return the items before the 14-day period expires.

It is not mandatory to inform us in advance that you want to return the items. You can also cancel by returning the package directly. We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of receipt or collection.

The return costs are €3.95. Place the enclosed return label from DHL on the package. You do not have to pay anything upon delivery. The return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange

To ensure the process runs as smoothly and quickly as possible, it is not possible to exchange an item with us. If you would like to receive an item in a different size or color, the item must be returned and reordered. This way, you will receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

We do not provide discount codes for any shipping costs incurred for reordering.

Returning via a DHL Service Point

You can return items via DHL by using our return label. Include the return form in the package and keep the receipt until we confirm receipt of the return shipment. Return costs of €3.95 will be deducted from the return amount. For returns, you can also use the model withdrawal form. You can drop off the package at a DHL service point. You will receive a receipt at the service point. Keep this receipt until we confirm receipt of the package. The return costs will be deducted from the return amount. Of course, you can also choose your own carrier and return something on your own initiative. In this case, the direct costs for returning the item are at your own expense.

The payment (purchase amount including any standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after J.C. Rags has been notified of the withdrawal. Note: If you do not return the entire order, the standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment will not be refunded, and you will pay the shipping and return costs. We strive to process the refund within 5 working days. During busy periods such as holidays or sales, this may take 2 or 3 days longer. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back, or until you have proven to have returned the product, whichever comes first.
