After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email from us. If you haven't received an order confirmation, it's possible that your email provider marked it as spam. Please check your spam or junk email folder to see if the order confirmation email was automatically filtered there.
If you still haven't received an order confirmation after checking your spam folder, we recommend contacting our customer service at customerservice@jcrags.com. Together, we can verify your email address and the order details.
If your order has not yet been shipped, it can still be canceled. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via customerservice@jcrags.com or by phone at 0345 260 009. If your order can still be canceled, we will process it for you as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. The delivery of your order depends on the delivery time of the item(s) you have ordered. For many of our items, the following applies: ordered on weekdays (Monday to Friday) before 3:00 PM, dispatched today. If you order these items before 3:00 PM, your package will be dispatched the same day, and there is a good chance it will be delivered the next day.
If a different delivery time is indicated for the item, such as multiple working days, you can follow the specified delivery time. Your entire order will be shipped in one package. Therefore, if you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we will wait to send them until your order is complete.

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. Were you not home to accept your package? The delivery driver will leave a yellow card in your mailbox. Use the delivery code on this card to schedule a new delivery appointment. You can also choose to have it delivered to your neighbors or a DHL ServicePoint.
If you are not satisfied with an ordered item, you can return it within 14 days. We ask that you return the item undamaged, unwashed, and with the original price tags attached. If damage occurs during the assessment of the item, or if the original price tags are removed, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting depreciation directly from your refund. If the package is returned via DHL, the return costs of €3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will refund the amount to your bank account or credit card within five working days after processing your return shipment.
