Cancelling your purchase within the cooling-off period
Have you ordered something online and decided you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase? If so, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. This means you may cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
You can easily indicate that you wish to cancel your purchase using the cancellation form on our website.
How it works
Fill in the form below with all the relevant information.
Specify which item(s) you wish to cancel.
You will receive a confirmation email from us.
Then return the item(s) to us within 14 days.
You do not need to give a reason. Simply returning the item is not enough; you must first clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Trying on is allowed, wearing is not
You are, of course, allowed to try an item on, just as you would in a shop. Please handle the item with care and return it as complete as possible, preferably with labels, accessories and the original packaging.
Has an item been used more than is necessary to assess it? If so, there may be a reduction in value.
Refund
Once you have withdrawn from the contract, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with the law. We may delay the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof that you have returned it. Any return costs are at your own expense.
